These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website https://f22studios.co.uk (“Website”) and the services provided by f22 Studios Ltd, including all photographic and related services (“Services”). By accessing our Website or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“Client” means any individual, business, or organisation commissioning our Services.

“Deliverables” means any photographs, digital images, prints, videos, or related media supplied by f22 Studios Ltd.

“Booking” refers to any confirmed appointment, project, or assignment.

A Booking is confirmed once the Client accepts a quotation and, where required, pays a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Remaining balances are due by the date specified on the invoice or prior to delivery of final images.
All prices are quoted in GBP unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to revise pricing for future projects or quotations not yet accepted.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
If the Client cancels within 7 days of the Booking, f22 Studios Ltd reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the agreed fee.
If the Client cancels within 48 hours of the Booking, the full fee may be chargeable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs (e.g., venue, travel, third-party fees).
If f22 Studios Ltd cancels due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, or factors beyond our control, we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund of any payments made, but no further compensation is due.

The Client must provide accurate information necessary to deliver the Services.
The Client is responsible for obtaining permissions, permits, licences, and consent from individuals or property owners, unless agreed otherwise.
f22 Studios Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by lack of Client cooperation or restrictions at the venue/site.

All Deliverables created by f22 Studios Ltd are protected under UK copyright law.
f22 Studios Ltd retains full copyright unless explicitly transferred by written agreement.
Upon full payment, the Client receives a usage licence appropriate to the project—this may include:

• Commercial usage

• Marketing usage

• Internal business use

Clients may not resell, sublicense, or transfer rights without prior written permission.
f22 Studios Ltd may use Deliverables for portfolio, marketing, social media, or promotional purposes unless the Client explicitly requests a restriction in writing.

f22 Studios Ltd will provide professional editing to a standard consistent with our style.
Additional retouching requests, complex edits, or revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Raw/unedited image files are not provided unless agreed in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

Deliverables are typically supplied digitally unless otherwise agreed.
Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of booking.
All delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.
f22 Studios Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party services such as printers, couriers, or digital platforms.

f22 Studios Ltd will store edited Deliverables for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
Unedited files may be deleted after 60 days unless arrangements are made.
Clients are strongly encouraged to make their own backups.

f22 Studios Ltd’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific Booking.
We are not liable for:

• Loss of business, profits, or reputation

• Delays outside our control

• Client dissatisfaction based on stylistic preference, where our work is consistent with our portfolio

Clients must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving Deliverables.

f22 Studios Ltd is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Illness or injury

• Severe weather

• Equipment failure

• Power outages

• Travel disruption

• Fire, flood, or natural disasters

In such circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule the Booking or provide a refund where appropriate.

Content on our Website (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by f22 Studios Ltd and protected by copyright.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Website content without written permission.
We aim to keep Website content accurate but provide no guarantees of completeness or error-free content.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our Website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
